Our services are provided by a licensed therapist and supervised associates under clinical supervision. We support clients navigating various challenges, including anxiety therapy for those experiencing anxiety and panic attacks, as well as depression and mood disorders. Our trauma counseling services address issues related to trauma and PTSD, while our grief counseling helps individuals cope with grief and loss. We also assist clients through life transitions such as divorce, relocation, or job changes, and support those struggling with low self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress management, and burnout.
