Dr. Teresa Serrano, DSW, LMFT

Teresa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctorate in Social Work, all earned from California Baptist University in California. She has ten-plus years of clinical experience in the field of mental health, having worked with individuals across the lifespan in a range of inpatient and outpatient settings. Her expertise includes clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various psychological conditions.

She aims to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and understood.

Teresa is proud to be the first in her family to earn a Doctorate in Social Work from California Baptist University. She pursued this advanced degree to strengthen her leadership skills and empower other women as they navigate their mental health journeys.
